What to Expect Your First Session


Location:  Enter the Drake Professional Park Lot and go to building 2629.  Go to the third floor to suite #316. 

Bring:  When you arrive for your first session, please download, print, complete and bring your intake paperwork (click to download) and payment for your session (check or cash, no credit cards, please).

Fees:  Payment is due at the beginning of each session.  Missed appointments will be charged in full unless 24 hour notice is given.

How to Prepare (optional):  If you would like to prepare for the first session, you can think through the following questions and write out any notes you feel might be helpful.

• What motivated you to contact me for this first session?
• How would you describe the "issue" or challenge you are facing?
• What background information is important for me to understand?
• What are your goals and expectations for counseling?
